Blackberry Mojito 

Life’s too short to not kick your feet up and enjoy a refreshing cocktail to celebrate and savor the season! We are all about a great mojito!

INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 cup blackberries
• 2 tsp fine (berry) sugar
• 4 medium fresh mint leaves
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 3 oz. white rum
• 1/2 cup club soda

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Muddle blackberries, sugar, and mint together, breaking down the blackberries and dissolving the sugar.
2. Add lime juice and rum to blackberry mixture, stirring to combine. Divide between two glasses and top with club soda.
3. Top with lots of ice (crushed is usually more traditional in a mojito, but ice is ice!).
