When you walk into Salon Adelle, YOU are our priority. Making sure you feel heard, that your hair concerns are being addressed and that you leave us better than when you first walked in, is the experience we aim to provide you with.

You may have noticed our team and hours are more targeted these days to make sure we are serving you best and most efficiently. 

Over the next few months, as we focus on building our team, our opening hours will vary each week. There may be times you call the salon and cannot reach us. No need to panic… You are important to us, and we will connect with you❤️

Should you call us when we are not in the salon you will hear a recording letting you know the next day we are in the salon and we will ask for your permission to respond to your inquiry via text. Leave us a detailed message and Krystal, our new Virtual Assistant, will support you until we return on the next open business day. Krystle can help with scheduling and basic questions you may have about your reservation.

You may have experienced several phone numbers being used when we reach out to you. We want to detail out what each number is used for and how to best reach us regarding your reservations. 

Our main phone line is 864-787-6668. This is the number we use when we are open for business and our main reservation line. As we have adjusted our hours as our team has changed, we have had to get creative in how we connect with guests when we are out of the salon so that you are still receiving timely communication. When our main phone line does not get answered, it is then forwarded to Numa, our texting system, where our virtual assistant, Krystal, can then communicate with you remotely (Krystle is based in Alabama!). It’s also a great tool we use at the front desk to keep us on task when responding to missed calls and texts. This allows us to have a record of what communication you received. As the system learns our business, it will get more efficient at responding automatically. It doesn’t always get it perfect, so just know that when it says “powered by Numa” Its an automated response. Krystal, Adelle and Emily rotate to check the messages while we are out.

We highly recommend entering all 3 numbers under your Salon Adelle contact in your phone, so that no matter which line of communication, you know it’s us. We are grateful for your patience as we have had a season of innovation, trial & error, as well as learning how communication will flow in the future as we grow and expand the brand.
