Excellence in ALL that we do is very important to us. We strive to not only have your hair looking at its best, but also in everything else regarding your experience here at the salon. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of performance. We strive to exceed many goals, and we are always pushing ourselves and each other to excel in our skills and goals.

Integrity-Doing what is right all the time, even when no one is looking. This is something that was engrained into my head as a child and it is such an important personal AND business principle. We expect our girls here to always be truthful and cheerful. But most of all we have a zero tolerance for gossip which allows all of us to be close and not have issues between us as stylist. When you work with someone every single day (especially women) it is so easy to stand around and gossip or just be talking in general. Our ladies here know that they don’t have to worry about what may be said behind there backs when they are not around because it is just not tolerated.

Customer Service goes without being said. However it is what makes us stand out from other salons. We will always go the extra mile to service you with a cheerful attitude. We listen attentively to what our you are communicating with us and we respond to your requests in a timely manner. We bend over backwards for each and every one of our clients because we not only see you as client, but as a friend and someone we care about. We are very thankful for all of our business as we would not be where we are today without each one of our clients.

Teamwork is how we build open and honest relationships with communication between each other. Each one of our ladies are expected to contribute as a team to help build the salon as a whole. We are always working toward goals and improving each others skills as a stylist. We are all about helping each other out. With that we also encourage our clients to see each one of us for color. This way when your favorite stylist cannot get you in, you already have a backup to do your color. This is such a benefit for our clients to be able to get in for last minute appointments for just about anything. We are all about learning and improving together with healthy competition. I personally train each of our stylist to use and provide excellent services for our clients. Our teamwork is priority for us and we take pride in the fact that we are not all about whats in it for ourselves. When we recommend a product for our clients, its not about what we will make off of that sale… it’s because we believe in it and know your hair will benefit from the product.

Fun at work is a must! Who doesn’t want to have fun at work?! We are always striving to stay energized and refreshed when we are servicing clients. We do work long hours and sometimes it is easy to get drained throughout the week. This is one reason we only work 3 10 hour days. As we build our clientele we will open the salon more and work less hours in the future. Our girls learn to manage personal stress and stay cool under pressure while at work. Stress doesn’t have to be bad, it can be fun if you let it. We also love to interject fun activities into the work place as well! Travis and I are always looking for ways to spoil our girls. Sometimes this is just a fun meeting at the beginning of the week, or a fun activity together as a team. Next month we are all going tubing down the French Broad River!!! We can’t wait!

Professionalism is something that so many businesses lack these days. We require that our ladies limit personal business while at work and leaving personal problems at home. We know that when you come to get your hair done, you want a refreshing atmosphere where you can relax and it be all about you. We recognize this and remain focused on our clients rather than be distracted by our own personal lives.

Flexibility is adapting plans and embracing change. We LOVE change here at Salon Adelle. We know that you as a client want to see change in your hair from time to time and we work very hard to stay up on education so that we can provide you with the change your hair needs.

Efficiency in communicating with our clients is vitally important to carry out the best option for your hair. We absolutely love total communication with our clients. I hear all the time… “I left my old stylist because I didn’t like how she did my hair.” I always ask, “Did you tell her?” Its absolutely shocking how many people tell us that they were too afraid it would hurt her feelings so they just leave instead. We will take the initiative to communicate clearly and concisely.

Diversity encompasses acceptance and respect of differences in a safe, positive and nurturing environment. We absolutely respect personal differences and values and will seek to understand others point of views. We will always be respectful and honest.

Continuous Improvement in this career is vital for survival in the hair industry. Here at Salon Adelle we do a minimum of 3 training classes a year but usually many more than that. This year alone we have been to 5 different training courses. These range in hair cutting, styling and coloring. We constantly are learning from mistakes to be sure they never happen again. We also invite constructive criticism amongst each other in every area to better ourselves and skill levels.

Personal Growth is the great separator between those who succeed and those who do not. We are always watching and learning from each other and constantly re-evaluating our own skills and capabilities to determine what areas we need improving. We love client feedback as well. Without feedback its impossible for us to know what areas to fix and learn from.

Embracing Change and generating new ideas and creative ways for the salon to grow encourages our creativity. We are always pursuing new ideas and approaches to stay ahead of the industry. We always want to be the FIRST to be doing it… not the last. We are the leaders in the salon industry in Greenville, and this is what makes us amazing at what we do!


So now you know a little bit about us and what we stand for. I have been in the industry for 11 years and have seen a lot of salons come and go. I started a salon to make a difference in not just our clients and their hair, but also in the ladies that we have working here. We invest not just time and money into them, we invest our own lives as well. We want each of our girls to know that they are valued and loved. We are a family… its who we are.
